We have received a number of requests and ideas from customers and vendors on how to provide more efficient and convenient billing services.These suggestions have been implemented and are ready for your use.

Here are some of the new areas in which we have been able to expand and continue to provide excellent customer service to you, our valued customer.

Online Billing

If you would like your monthly invoice to be electronically mailed to you, simply click on billing@linkd.net and provide us with your preferred email address and your invoices will be automatically sent directly to your specified address.

Payment Methods

We have various methods of payment available. Please choose the method that best suits your needs and let us know. Choose from the following;

Pre-authorized Payment – Funds are taken directly from your bank account monthly on a specific date.
Credit Card – Visa and MasterCard are accepted and can be billed on an ongoing monthly term.
Cheque – Personal and Corporate cheques are accepted and will be deposited as received.

Online Banking – Linkdata Telecom Group Inc. is a registered commercial biller with a number of financial institutions for your at-home convenience. Please contact our billing department for more information or your financial institution to register. (Please remember to register your account number and not your invoice number.)

Payment Periods

Billing is sent out on the 15th of every month for services provided the NEXT full month.
